Diaper service makes a great gift!
CottonTails™ Diaper Service and Online Cloth Diaper Store is a local company that offers cloth diaper delivery, cleaning, and pickup in the Buffalo and greater Western New York area. In our online store, which serves all of the United States and Canada, we offer various sizes and types of cloth diapers, as well as diaper covers, fasteners, and other diapering accessories.

Twice per week, we drop off a bag of fresh, clean, sanitized diapers for you to use until the next delivery day. Our diapers are 100% Indian cotton, which we have found to be the most absorbent of prefold diaper materials (Chinese cotton being the alternative). Indian cotton also does the least pilling and is definitely softer, which is nice for baby’s bottom.

Included with your service is a completely waterproof, heavy duty diaper pail liner for you to put the diapers in once they are used. After a few days, we pick up your bag of used diapers and leave you another bag of fresh clean ones. That's all there is to it!

Once you use your diapers, you don’t have to see or touch them again. There is no dunking, no soaking, and best of all — NO PINS! There’s a diaper fastener called a Snappi® that is all the rage in the cloth diapering world and it makes the whole diapering process so much easier than ever before. One is included with your first diaper service order, and additional ones are available for purchase directly from us.

There are lots of reasons to use cloth diapers, and different families choose them for different reasons.
